Meet our Physicians
Dr. Kessler is board certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and is a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Otolaryngology. He is a member the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and multiple other professional societies. Dr. Kessler currently serves as Chief of Otolaryngology and has in the past served as President of the Medical Staff and as a part-time Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School. His clinical interests include all areas of General Otolaryngology, especially the evaluation and treatment of environmental allergy, sinus disease and hearing loss.
Dr. Kessler graduated cum laude from Colgate University with honors in Molecular Biology and a Minor in English. He completed his medical education at the Boston University School of Medicine, where he also graduated with honors. Dr. Kessler finished his internship and residency through the Boston University Department of Otolaryngology. While a resident, he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the honors medical society.
Dr. Joshua Kessler
Dr. Stone is a board-certified otolaryngologist who is a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School and currently teaches Tufts medical students and Harvard residents in surgery and internal medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, American Medical Association, and the Massachusetts Society of Otolaryngology. She graduated with distinction with a major in Biological Sciences from Cornell University. She completed her medical education at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and was elected in her third year to the prestigious honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha.
Dr. Stone’s internship and residency was completed at the Boston Medical Center Department of Otolaryngology, which is affiliated with Boston University. She has won the Jalisi Excellence in Teaching Award in two consecutive years for her “eagerness and proficiency in imparting knowledge of Otolaryngology to others.”
Dr. Stone has numerous clinical interests including:
- Pediatric Otolaryngology
- Sleep apnea and snoring
- Sinus and nasal obstruction
- Voice and swallowing problems
- Hearing problems
She is proficient in medical Spanish.
Dr. Rebecca Stone
Dr. Innis is board-certified in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy. He is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and the American Medical Association.
His clinical interests include:
- Evaluation and treatment of allergy
- Sinus and nasal disease
- Nasal obstruction
- Facial plastic surgery
- Hearing loss
- Pediatric Otolaryngology
He enjoys working with and teaching residents and medical students.
Dr. Innis graduated summa cum laude from Bates College with a bachelor of science in Biology. He earned his medical degree at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He went on to the Boston Medical Center to complete his internship and residency through the Department of Otolaryngology. His research is published in the American Journal of Rhinology & Allergy and the Annals of Otology, Rhinology, & Laryngology. Dr. Innis was named one of Boston Magazine’s Top Doctors for 2020.
Dr. William Innis
Dr. Samara is board certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Samara graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Communications. She earned her medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Samara completed her internship in general surgery and residency in otolaryngology through Tufts Medical Center.
Her clinical interests include:
- Treatment of sinus and nasal disease
- Pediatric Otolaryngology
- Salivary gland diseases
- Head and neck and thyroid surgery
- Hearing loss
She is also interested in international medicine and has participated in several mission trips overseas repairing cleft lips and palates. Her research is published in the Laryngoscope, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and The Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Journal.
Dr. Mariah Samara
Sean joined Boston ENT in October 2022 and is experienced in adult and pediatric disorders of the ear, nose and throat.

Eve graduated cum laude from of the University of Massachussetts, Amherst and received a Master of Science degree from Boston University. Eve is a licensed audiologist and has worked at Boston ENT Associates in Needham for more than 20 years. She is a valuable asset in the work-up and treatment of hearing loss, as well as evaluating problems such as ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and vertigo. Eve Adler, M.S. C.C.C.- A.
Dr. Jessica Marlowe graduated cum laude from The State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in communicative sciences and disorders. She obtained her doctorate of audiology through the Northeast Ohio AuD Consortium, which consists of both The University of Akron and Kent State University. Dr. Marlowe completed her Fourth Year Externship of graduate school at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, which has been rated the No. 2 hospital in the nation by U.S. News & World’s Report’s “2020-2021 Best Hospitals” rankings. Outside of clinic, Dr. Marlowe enjoys spending her time playing soccer and traveling.

Jessica Marlowe, Au.D.
Meet our Administrative Staff
Melissa has been with Boston ENT as Practice Manager since 2001 and has overseen its growth from a small solo practice to a thriving multi-practitioner group with three locations. Melissa oversees all administrative operations and is assisted by our wonderful support staff in ensuring that our patients have a positive experience at Boston ENT.
Mike joined Boston ENT in early 2018 with a background in dermatology care and while he’s physically located in the Needham office, he is an important resource for all of our patients. His calm demeanor while handling everything from prescription refills to triaging urgent situations is well known among our patients and much appreciated by our doctors and staff!
