Existing Patient Information
As an existing Boston ENT patient, we thank you for choosing our practice. We know that sudden hearing loss, a nose bleed, and pain can’t wait for an appointment several weeks from now. We make every effort to see you, evaluate your problem and initiate treatment within 24 hours, and are assisted in doing so with the help of our courteous and efficient staff.
Late Arrival Policy: We believe that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to see our patients in a timely manner. For our providers to stay on schedule, it’s important that patients are checked in with the front desk in time for their appointment. While we understand that circumstances beyond your control may cause a later arrival, if you check in after your appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment to a future date. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Below are a variety of helpful post-operative instructions for our existing patients. If you will be having, or have had, surgery with us you can find your postoperative information and instructions below. The post-operative forms available here are generic forms provided to patients who have undergone surgical procedures. Additional specific instructions may be needed. Please discuss any questions you have about your post-operative instructions calling our office to speak with a nurse or your doctor.
